I designed and developed the brand guidelines for Cornerstone to ensure consistency across all visual and communicative platforms and to provide a clear framework for the team. This included logo usage rules, color palette, typography, photography style, tone of voice, and writing style.

The goal of this project was to introduce Cornerstone to potential qualified leads through a unique, memorable "shock and awe" package. The aim was to make a strong first impression and generate interest in their services.
I designed all elements of the materials, including the custom gift box, a brochure, an introductory card, and a branded mug. Once the designs were finalized, I collaborated with a promotional product company to manufacture 100 boxes. Working closely with the sales team, we curated a list of qualified leads to receive a box either via mail or hand-delivery. After the boxes were delivered, the sales team followed up with the recipients.
31% of leads converted into showroom visits.
12 project plans were sent to our estimating team.

The goal of this project was to update the website to reflect the new brand guidelines and increase usability.
I audited the current website at the time to identify improvements. Also, I sat down with the team to discuss goals for the redesign and understand their target audience's needs. Next, I mapped out the new content, developed the new website's structure, and created wireframes. After, I created mockups with the new branding, photography, and copy. Then, I started coding the website with WordPress. I hosted the website on a staging site for the team to review. Once staged, I performed user testing to collect feedback.
22% increase in website traffic.

Adobe InDesign
The purpose of this book is to showcase all of Cornerstone's outstanding projects for clients to look through while visiting the showrooms.
First, I licensed the photography from professional photographers. Then, I interviewed the team, architect, general contractor and interior designer to write the project description. After compiling the copy and photography, I created the book layout in InDesign. After exporting the book from InDesign, I submitted it for printing.
